Responsibilities

• Defend employers and carriers in workers' compensation claims
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations and hearings
• Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients
• Manage a caseload with support from experienced staff

Requirements

• Workers' compensation defense experience preferred
• Active bar license in good standing: Delaware
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
