Maintenance Superintendent – Night Shift
Location: Madelia, MN
Gpac is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead our night shift team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You’ll oversee 3 supervisors, 24 mechanics, 4 electricians, and boiler/refrigeration techs, driving accountability, communication, and a proactive maintenance culture.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and support the night shift maintenance team.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Promote continuous improvement and team skill development.
Ensure compliance with food safety, safety regulations, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience leading maintenance teams in food manufacturing (canning a plus).
Strong mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
