This is a unique opportunity to join a purchase-focused lending team specializing in Conventional and FHA loans—no refinances involved.

- This position is 100% commission-based,offering uncapped income potential.
- Competitive compensation structure: With a $5,000 monthly draw paid on the 1st,plus commissions on the 15th,hitting the annual goal of $6 million in new loan production can earn you approximately $82,800 per year.
