Litigation Attorney | Hybrid – Irvine, CA

A respected Orange County law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality matters with a collaborative team while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a diverse litigation caseload with a focus on insurance defense and coverage matters, including general liability, construction defect, and bad faith claims.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice through trial preparation and resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions; conduct and defend depositions; and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Work directly with clients, adjusters, and co-counsel to develop effective case strategies and deliver excellent results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or insurance coverage.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet a 1900-hour billable requirement.
  • Member of the California Bar in good standing.
  • Team player with strong communication and client service skills.
