Equipment Sales Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the sales process for new and used equipment within a defined territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Master product knowledge on a wide range of equipment, including features and benefits.

  • Conduct equipment demonstrations for potential customers.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, communicating key insights to management.

  • Evaluate used equipment for trade-in purposes.

  • Assist customers with financing options to finalize sales.

  • Attend sales training events to stay current on industry best practices.

Equipment Sales Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in equipment sales.

  • A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent customer service.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially during busy periods.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general internet functions.

  • The flexibility to work variable hours as needed.

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
