What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation, healthcare liability, or professional negligence
  • Proven background managing cases from pre-suit through trial, including depositions, mediations, and dispositive motions
  • Experience working with medical experts, healthcare providers, and insurers
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to medical and technical detail
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in medical negligence and healthcare-related litigation throughout Florida
  • Handle all aspects of case management — pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and client communication
  • Analyze complex medical records and expert reports to develop case strategy
  • Collaborate closely with clients, medical professionals, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
