The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for detail, understand go/no-go decisions, and bring valuable experience in precast concrete construction and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct concrete testing, including preparing and testing cylinder samples.
  • Oversee stressing operations, calculations, and documentation.
  • Participate in plant audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
  • Identify and document deficiencies, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Perform raw material testing, such as sieve analysis for aggregates.
  • Provide final QC approval on loads prior to shipment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in precast concrete manufacturing or construction is required.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and quality control practices.
  • ACI Field and/or PCI Level I, II, or III certifications preferred (or the ability to obtain).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
