Associate Attorney – Employment Law (2–4 Years Experience)

A well-regarded employment law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of challenging and rewarding employment matters while working alongside talented attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Focus on employment law matters (open to candidates from either employer-side or plaintiff-side practice)

  • Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience

  • Strong annual bonus potential, historically averaging $30,000 – $40,000 per year

  • Meaningful, hands-on responsibility with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in good standing

  • 2–4 years of employment law experience (litigation, counseling, or both)

  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with a team
