Treasury Manager — Build & Lead a New Department
Location: Southeast Michigan | Onsite

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Treasury Manager to build a brand-new Treasury department from the ground up for a growing credit union. You’ll have full ownership of both the sales and analytical sides of Treasury—developing products, driving client growth, building processes, and eventually leading a team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and launch Treasury products and services

  • Drive new business with commercial & municipal clients

  • Oversee daily Treasury operations (ACH, RDC, merchant services, fraud tools, etc.)

  • Analyze product performance and optimize profitability

  • Build, lead, and grow the Treasury team

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years Treasury Management experience, with leadership background

  • Experience building or expanding a Treasury function

  • Strong expertise in both sales & operations

  • Business-minded, entrepreneurial leadership style

  • CTP preferred but not required
