AutoCAD/Revit Technician - MEP Design in Dallas

Job Description

The CAD/Revit Technician will support the project management team in producing design, construction and field-use documents using Revit or AutoCAD software. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MEP Project Managers and architects on project issuances and schedules
• Download and set up/clean and prepare AutoCAD and REVIT background for MEP designers use in design
• Plot drawings for designer/manager review
• Organize project folders
• Upload/deliver finished project files to clients in a timely manner per deadline schedules
• Detail/annotate drawings for design/build projects
• Initial project set up

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with AutoCAD/Revit MEP detailing
• Advanced knowledge of CAD Design Systems and Revit software
• Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
