Job Description

Seeking skilled Custom Applicators for multiple locations across Iowa & Nebraska to operate and maintain spraying and dry fertilizer equipment. This role requires attention to detail, equipment upkeep, and active participation in agronomy operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and maintain spraying and dry fertilizer equipment
  • Perform high-quality application of agricultural products
  • Accurately conduct soil sampling
  • Assist in general Agronomy Center operations

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and CDL with Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain)
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicator License – Core, 1A, 1B, 1C (preferred, can be obtained after hire)
  • Knowledge of agricultural chemical products
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of agricultural experience preferred
