• Manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead project teams and ensure installation standards meet company and industry expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years proven experience in project management, ideally within flooring, construction, or a related trade.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and specifications, with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
