The General Superintendent will oversee all field operations within the region, providing leadership and mentorship to project superintendents and ensuring company-wide safety and quality compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple project sites and field teams
Ensure adherence to safety programs and standards
Collaborate with executives on manpower and project allocation
Qualifications:
15+ years in commercial construction, including multi-site leadership
Strong communication and operational management skills
