Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Construction Superintendent
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Supervise daily construction activities on WWTP projects
Manage subcontractors, equipment, and materials on site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management
Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders
Maintain a clean and organized job site
3+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman on wastewater or heavy civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
