A leading regional general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects throughout central Iowa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules across multiple phases of construction. This role demands proactive leadership and a track record of delivering complex projects safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
Maintain client relationships and project communication
Manage budgets, schedules, and field coordination
Oversee contract administration and subcontractor performance
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in commercial construction management
Proven leadership on projects exceeding $10M
Degree in Construction Management or related field
