Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking a Project Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial, storage, warehouse, food processing plants, and office markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
