Maintenance Supervisor

$95,000- $110,000 Northern Illinois We are working with a client in the food industry who has been operating successfully for over 80 years. Company culture is extremely important to leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports production operations within safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines by ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of all operations equipment and assets.
  • Enhance the overall quality, safety, and reliability of the assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Direct supervision of technical/maintenance staff, providing day-to-day technical leadership as well as managing PM programs and projects.  
  • Maintains documentary evidence of key events in installation and maintenance activity and provides technical advice in problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience - food manufacturing preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Experience with quality systems and regulations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and ERP software systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in wet, fast-paced food production environments.
