Gpac is assisting a reputable Horticulture business that is looking for a Horticulture Key Account Manager to join their team!

This position will come with an existing book of business as well as the opportunity to grow!

Horticulture Key Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop solid and trusting relationships with major key horticulture customers
  • Resolve key customer issues and complaints
  • Monitor floral trends for potential new product sales
  • Prepare and propose new plant programs to grow sales
  • Plan production and maintain existing programs
  • Work with grower production and transportation teams to ensure the highest quality materials are being produced and shipped as planned

Horticulture Key Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Successful Horticulture related sales experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with eagerness to expand the company with new sales
  • Organized and goal-oriented team player
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise preferred)
