Position Summary:
The Project Director provides high-level oversight across multiple large commercial projects, supporting project teams with planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead executive-level project planning and budget strategy
Support PMs and superintendents with schedule and logistics development
Oversee risk assessments, quality standards, and cost performance
Maintain client relationships and support new project pursuits
Drive standardization in project processes and reporting
Qualifications:
12+ years in commercial project management
Proven leadership of large project teams
Strong cost and schedule management abilities
