Litigation Legal Secretary – Los Angeles
A well-established mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to support its busy litigation team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation and calendaring experience to join a collaborative and respected legal environment. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
E-file in state and federal courts
Manage attorney calendars, travel, and case deadlines
Handle discovery support and trial preparation
Work independently and as part of a team across multiple cases
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary
Solid knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage, PACER, and legal tech tools is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced setting
