Job Summary 

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and service of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance policies, including renewals and endorsements. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage new business requests and secure annual renewals for new and renewal accounts
  • Quote accounts online Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients & company partners
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients & company partners
  • Work with Account Executives on new and renewal accounts
  • Accompany Account Executives on client visits when requested
  • Prepare submissions and communicate with the necessary markets
  • Distribute certificates
  • Prepare information received for quoting purposes
  • Further career development through continuing education and obtaining designations

Qualifications 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license Self-Motivation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Skills:Proficiency in AMS 360/EPIC management systems, AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office
