My client is expanding its construction litigation practice and is looking for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility across commercial disputes, construction defect matters, contract litigation, and risk-transfer issues. You’ll work directly with contractors, developers, design professionals, and insurers—guiding strategy, leading discovery, and taking a hands-on role in negotiations, mediations, and, when needed, trials.
This is a practice where your impact is visible, your judgment matters, and your path forward isn’t blocked by multiple layers of partners.
Ideal Fit:
• 3–10 years of construction litigation or general commercial litigation experience
• Comfortable managing cases, developing strategy, and communicating with clients
• Experience with depositions, written discovery, motion practice, or defect litigation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to move files efficiently
• Interest in a long-term, stable platform with healthy expectations and real opportunity
