Desired Background:

1. 1-5 years of litigation experience in Illinois.
2. General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, fiduciary services, creditors’ rights.
3. Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
4. Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample.
5. Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork.
6. Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
