A well-established plaintiff-side firm in Miami is seeking an Attorney to join its growing team representing injured railroad workers under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). What They’re Looking For:
Experience in personal injury or workers’ compensation litigation; FELA experience is a plus but not required
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, or client meetings
Strong litigation, research, and client communication skills
Commitment to advocating for injured workers and their families
