  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • 3–5 years of estimating experience specific to the Phoenix Metro market
  • Strong understanding of local subcontractor networks and pricing structures
  • Proficiency in estimating tools (e.g., BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, based on experience
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation and personal time off
  • Employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Career advancement in a growing company

If you’re ready for a new challenge and want to be a key part of a forward-thinking, values-driven construction team, I'd love to hear from you.
