About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Upper Arlington and Easton. This practitioner independently performs a variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, and laser treatments, while delivering exceptional patient care. You will conduct in-depth consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, administer injections, and provide post-treatment education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations: medical history review, procedure risks and benefits explanation, and consent acquisition.
Develop customized aesthetic treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
Safely administer cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella) and perform laser procedures.
Educate patients on skincare and post-procedure care to maximize results.
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, including medical history, medications, allergies, and treatment progress.
Support patients with post-treatment follow-up and aftercare education.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to all state laws, sanitation protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry advancements.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing.
Skilled in dermal filler and neurotoxin injections independently.
Familiarity with laser treatments (IPL, BBL, RF), skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and peels is a plus.
Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software (MS Word, Excel).
Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
