Civil Design Manager
gpac is partnered with a reputable construction firm who's looking for an experienced Civil Design Manager to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for a civil engineer who wants to step beyond design and get involved in estimating, project management, and strategic planning.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Civil engineering background (required)
Licensed PE preferred (or on track)
Strong experience in residential community design, land development, or site development
Solid understanding of zoning entitlements, permitting processes, and local regulations
Excited to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to project estimating and overall management
🎯 In This Role, You’ll:
Lead and review design efforts for residential and mixed-use development projects
Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive projects from concept to construction
Participate in estimating, scheduling, and budget planning
Help navigate entitlement processes and support permit submissions
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment
