Are you a seasoned MEP Project Manager ready to take on large-scale, high-profile projects? Our client, a leading construction management firm, is seeking an accomplished Senior MEP Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $40M to $140M in scope.
About the Role: As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for major K-12, higher education, commercial, and data center projects. You’ll be the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all MEP aspects of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to align project goals and expectations
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Proven experience with K-12, higher education, commercial, or data center projects
Track record managing projects $40M+ in value
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
