A regional powerhouse lawfirm in NY/NJ, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong desire to expand their practice and to contribute to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in trial litigation, preferablycommercial/business litigationg
• The attorney would be responsible for all aspects of the litigation docket which would include various types of litigation.
• Experience in Complex Commercial/Business Litigation, Breach of Contract, Fiduciary Duty, Business Breakdown, and Shareholder Agreements.

Qualifications:

• 6-12+ years of complex Commercial litigation experience required.
• Must be bar licensed in NJ
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writing samples are required for submission.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
