Position: Traveling Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Coordinate with project teams including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Develop and maintain project schedules
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
1-3+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction OR as a HVAC Service Tech
Knowledge of HVAC, piping systems, and mechanical construction practices
Proficiency with project management software
Ability to travel extensively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
