Position: Traveling Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion

  • Coordinate with project teams including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and submittals

  • Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Develop and maintain project schedules

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 1-3+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction OR as a HVAC Service Tech

  • Knowledge of HVAC, piping systems, and mechanical construction practices

  • Proficiency with project management software 

  • Ability to travel extensively 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
