What You’ll Do (Your Playground):

  • Drive business growth within our packaging arena
  • Subject Matter Expert on all things packaging! Wrap, strapping, tapes, adhesives, boxes, void fill, protective packaging, machines- stretch wrappers and more!
  • Lead customer relationships like a pro: solve problems, follow up like clockwork, and keep satisfaction levels sky-high
  • Know your accounts inside and out—target, grow, and retain with strategy and swagger
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, knock-your-socks-off customer experiences
  • Craft and execute sales plans with measurable impact (yep, we measure)
  • Master our margin tools, pricing models, and competitive landscape—then use that knowledge to close with confidence
  • Partner with top vendors and internal experts to bring the best solutions to the table
  • Track trends, stay sharp, and always look for the next opportunity—we like eyes wide open

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2-year Associate degree plus 3-5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual sales plan metrics
  • A driven self-starter and team player with a focus on serving and helping others
  • Proven ability to communicate, motivate others for information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound business decisions with and without management approval
  • Detail oriented, organized, and possess ability to multi-task
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
