  • Develop and distribute reports showing drawdown balances and usage trends

  • Partner with internal teams, processors, and schools to ensure accurate and timely drawdowns

  • Track end-of-year balances to minimize waste and optimize usage

  • Support audits and compliance reporting with organized, accurate documentation

  • Provide insights, guidance, and training to help schools maximize their allocations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Nutrition, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in K-12 foodservice, commodity management, or similar

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • Experience with Processor Link or other commodity management systems

  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

  • Knowledge of USDA Foods program guidelines a plus

Why Join

You’ll be part of a motivated, collaborative team built on accountability, teamwork, and integrity — where your accuracy and initiative directly support better nutrition for students nationwide.
