Service Manager Needed! in Pooler

Job Description

GPAC is partnered with a growing heavy equipment dealership who is searching for a Heavy Equipment Service Manager with proven experience managing shop operations, technicians, and service scheduling. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of driving efficiency, quality, and safety across all service activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in a service or shop management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of service industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement service strategies to meet company goals.
• Monitor service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports for analysis.

• $100-$120k base salary
• Service vehicle available for needed use
• Full Benefits with retirement match plan
• Mon-Fri (No Weekends)

• Monthly performance-based bonus
