Position Overview:

Seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Defense/Civil Litigation Attorney to join the Insurance Defense team. Cibili litigation attorneys without insurance defense expereience are welcome to apply as they will train the right candidate.

Plaintiff side litigators are welsome to apply as well if you are looking make a switch to the defense side 

As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of Insurnace Defense matters, working closely with clients to provide top-tier legal services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, along with strong analytical and advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of Insurnace Defense litigation, from initial investigation through trial and appeal
• Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and expert witness preparation
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

 Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the MO Bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Strong experience in one or more of the specified practice areas
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service
