Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations related to equipment receipt, shop repair coordination, order shipment, and customer deliveries. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and organization throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow between incoming equipment, repair processes, outbound shipments, and final delivery to customers

  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control and record-keeping

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and shipping deadlines

  • Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience

  • Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise for Manufacturing strongly preferred

  • Experience with ACCTIVATE inventory management strongly prefferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
