A leading cryptocurrency trading platform is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trader to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies in the crypto market.
• Analyze market data to create and improve trading models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with the team to identify trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
• Monitor and optimize performance of implemented strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with market developments, trends, and emerging technologies like AI.
• Conduct rigorous backtesting and risk analysis of strategies.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in quantitative trading, with a focus on cryptocurrency markets.
• Strong background in algorithmic trading, with experience in technical analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and financial instruments.
• Expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies applied to trading strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
