Job Title: Senior Estimator – Steel Division
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Estimator with at least 5 years of senior-level estimating experience in the steel division. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in estimating, cost control, and contract management. A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for structural steel projects.
Manage cost control and assist with contract management activities.
Use ACC and Foundation estimating software for bid preparation and cost analysis.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure thorough and competitive bids.
Mentor and support junior estimators and team members.
Review project documents, drawings, and specifications for estimating accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and material costs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of senior estimating experience in steel construction.
Proficient with ACC and Foundation software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with cost control and contract administration preferred.
