Custom Home Architect

The area’s top home builder is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join their team and bring dream homes to life. This position focuses on custom residential design, collaborating directly with clients to create unique, functional, and inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand vision, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Design and develop custom home plans from concept through completion.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
• Proven experience in custom home design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong creative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
