What You’ll Do:

  • Litigate wage and hour class action lawsuits under federal/state employment law
  • Draft motions, conduct discovery, handle depositions, engage in settlement negotiations
  • Collaborate with a national team of top-tier plaintiff attorneys
  • Opportunity for senior attorneys to lead cases or mentor junior staff

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Licensed in IL and in good standing
  • 4–12+ years of plaintiff or defense-side employment litigation experience
  • Strong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Passion for employee rights and class action litigation
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary: $145K–$250K DOE and location
  • Bonus eligibility based on performance
