Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in vertical, commercial, or steel construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Experience managing vertical, commercial, or steel construction projects preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
