Position Responsibilities:- Manage residential flooring installation teams- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for installation projects- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction- Train and mentor installation team members- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Position Essential Job Functions:- 2-5 years of experience managing residential flooring install teams- Bilingual in English and Spanish- Strong organizational and leadership skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
Benefits:- Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000- Full benefits package.
