Quartz Electronic Assembly Technician Overview

The Quartz Electronic Assembly Technician role involves precision tasks related to the assembly, welding, and polishing of quartz components. Responsibilities require attention to detail, the ability to work under a microscope, and the capability to work independently.

Quartz Electronic Assembly Technician Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Quartz blanks are mounted to crystal bases.
• Resistance welding is performed to secure mounts to bases.
• Lapping and polishing of crystal blanks are executed with precision.
• Tasks are completed under a microscope to ensure accuracy.
• Independent work skills are demonstrated.
• Production experience of 1-3 years is required.
