Our client, a highly-regarded law firm, is seeking a driven and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring a strong commitment to litigation and trial advocacy. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from inception through trial, providing exceptional representation to our clients.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Must possess 4–6 years of experience specifically handling plaintiff personal injury cases.
  • Trial Experience (Non-Negotiable): Candidates must have substantive first-chair or second-chair trial experience (jury or bench) in personal injury litigation. Proven ability to take cases to verdict is essential.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday). Remote work options are not available for this role.
  • Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the State Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full personal injury caseload, including vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury claims.
  • Conduct all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, engaging in discovery, taking/defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Independently prepare and present cases for trial.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Mentor and direct support staff as needed.
