(Yes — a true Residential Superintendent, not a glorified coordinator.)
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes high-end residential renovations and knows how to manage complex remodels with precision.
As the Residential Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily on-site operations for high-end residential remodeling projects
Managing subcontractors and trades with accountability and professionalism
Ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, aligned with architect and designer specifications
Maintaining schedules, sequencing work, and coordinating project milestones
Conducting quality-control inspections to ensure flawless finishes
Enforcing jobsite safety and clean, organized work environments
Coordinating with Project Managers and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction
Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and finish schedules with expert-level detail
Proactively solving field issues, preventing delays before they happen
Representing the brand with integrity and white-glove client interaction
