Position Opportunities

Multiple RN/LPN roles suit various schedules and commitments.

  • Full-time Monday-Friday PM shift RN/LPN with weekend on-call rotation and every other holiday; eligible for $5,000 RN or $4,000 LPN sign-on bonus.
  • Full- and part-time PM shift plus part-time NOC shift RN/LPNs; $5,000 RN or $4,000 LPN sign-on bonus with 64 committed hours per pay period.
  • 16/24 status: Work 3 weekends per month with increased pay for those with busy weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

RNs supervise LPNs, CNAs, and non-licensed staff, assess residents, intervene as needed, lead care planning, ensure documentation standards, and foster team-based, respectful care delivery. LPNs supervise CNAs and non-licensed staff, observe residents, assist in care plans, maintain documentation, and manage dignified resident care. Both roles comply with pharmaceutical policies and prioritize quality in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Earn competitive wages boosted by the Committed Hours Pay program: +$12/hour for RNs and +$10/hour for LPNs committing to 72-80 hours per pay period. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick and bereavement pay, health/dental/vision/accident coverage, short-term disability, 401(k) match, and employer-paid life insurance. Sign-on bonuses enhance appeal for eligible full-time roles.

Qualifications and Application
