Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney (1-5 Years Experience)
Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to handle a diverse caseload representing employers and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing claims from initial intake through litigation and resolution, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a commitment to client service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in TN
1-5 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical legal practice and client advocacy
