Job Title: Commercial Construction Estimator

Company Overview: A local construction company with over 4 decades in the industry is seeking to add an Estimator to their team. The company is looking for an Estimator with 7 years of experience in commercial construction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for a wide-variety of commercial construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and construction professionals to ensure project goals are met
• Analyze project specifications, drawings and other relevant documents
• Maintain and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Stay up to date with industry trends and pricing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Estimator in construction
• Strong background in general contracting
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore Software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
