Job Description

We are parterned with a premier luxury custom home builder, is seeking a Residential Designer to join our dynamic and design-driven team. This is a unique opportunity to bring bespoke visions to life—from concept to completion—on some of the most exclusive homes in the region.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with clients to capture their vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals
  • Create custom architectural and interior design plans for luxury residential projects
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, material palettes, and finish selections
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly
  • Prepare and present detailed design proposals, mood boards, and renderings
  • Stay ahead of trends in architecture, design, and luxury living
  • Source high-end materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes and zoning regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in high-end residential design (custom homes preferred)
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
  • Strong eye for detail, proportion, and timeless luxury aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
  • Portfolio of completed luxury residential projects required
