Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Estimator with a production mindset and a strong background in the field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and possesses the ability to transition seamlessly from on-site work to estimating.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements.
• Utilize a production mindset to optimize cost-efficiency and project timelines.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and construction methods to ensure accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Ability to transition from fieldwork to estimating seamlessly.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required.
