What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations on large-scale commercial projects.
• Support subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure a safe and productive job site environment.
• Help drive projects to successful, on-time completion.

Requirements:

• Prior field experience in commercial construction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to learn, grow, and advance in the industry.
• A team-oriented attitude with a passion for building.
• Degree in construction.
